WHAT INFORMATION DOES EBP COLLECT FROM ME?
The information we collect from you is strictly confidential. Under no circumstances will EBP disclose your personal information to any third parties, other than to those who are contracted to us to keep your information confidential. The type of information we collect from you will depend on what information you disclose to us. EBP may collect customer information in two most common ways: Contacting Us and responding to on line requests or completing forms which require the disclosure of your personal information to assess eligibility for Club Membership.
EBP does not sell or rent our mailing lists or database lists. Information collected about specific email recipients is used for the purposes of distributing our monthly newsletters, special newsletters relating to the Club and provision of the Annual report, where you have requested delivery via email.
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence or communication. We only collect information to provide you with information about goods and services, member benefits, new services, Promotions and Competitions or events relating to EBP.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Where and only where there is a legal requirement to do so, EBP may disclose your personal information to third parties.

By applying for membership of Earlwood-Bardwell Park RSL Club Ltd you are agreeing to abide by the Constitution Rules and By-Laws of the Club at all times. Your application for membership will be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Club. If your application is unsuccessful you will be advised and your membership fee will be refunded.
If, for whatever reason you require cancelling this application for membership or membership renewal, you must make a written request for a refund within 6 weeks of completing this application and/or prior to approval by the board (whichever is earlier). No refunds will be provided once membership has been accepted.
Once payment has been confirmed, please allow up to 5 working days for your new membership card to be delivered to your nominated address. Alternatively, you may collect your new card at reception if you contact the club and arrange for it prior. New members awaiting approval will be granted provisional membership for a maximum period of 6 weeks from the date of application and will be entitled to use those facilities and amenities of the Club in accordance with the Constitution Rules and By-Laws of the Club.
All credit card information is processed and managed by third party payment gateway providers, Paypal and the NAB.
